| AHPPPAL Dashboard and Enabled CAHPS The AHPPPAL Dashboard is the Assessment of Health Plans and Providers by People with Activity Limitations. This comparative report card is based on the Enabled CAHPS Medicaid instrument, which includes revised wording and additional content area in which people with disabilities are often interested. The enabled version also allows for proxy respondents and contains three additional questions about the proxy respondent. Both English and Spanish versions have been thoroughly cognitively tested, as well as field tested.
